Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing Time: We aim to process all orders with meticulous care and to the highest standards. Please allow 15 working days for the processing of custom-made wig orders. All other products will be processed within 10 working days.
- Dispatch Days: We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 1 PM (UK time) will be processed the following working day.
Domestic (UK) Shipping

International Shipping
- Availability: We ship internationally to all countries that our chosen carrier services.

- Cost: We offer a flat rate for international shipping. The exact rate will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

The customer is solely responsible for paying these charges. Extravagant Hair has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking Information: We provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Signature Upon Delivery: Signature requirements upon delivery depend on the carrier's policy for the specific destination and service used.
- Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery, the courier will typically leave a missed delivery card. They will attempt to redeliver your package according to their standard procedures. You may need to contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery or collection.
Lost or Damaged Packages

This may include filing a claim and, depending on the outcome, issuing a replacement or refund. We adhere to industry-standard procedures for handling lost or damaged shipments.
- Contact Timeframe: Please report any issues with your delivery within 72 hours of the expected delivery date or the actual delivery date (for damaged goods).
- Shipping Insurance: We offer shipping insurance upon request at an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to add insurance to your shipment.
