Extravagant Hair is a UK-based company specializing in custom-made luxury wigs, premium hair extensions, frontals, closures, enhancers, and hair accessories.

Extravagant Hair provides an online platform where you can browse, purchase, and order custom-made and ready-to-wear hair products.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

While you may browse our Website without creating an account, you may be required to create an account to access certain features, such as placing orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Extravagant Hair. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraud.   
    Custom Orders: Custom orders require detailed specifications and measurements from the customer. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information. Extravagant Hair is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (Pound Sterling) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment: We accept various payment methods, as indicated during the checkout process. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 14 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
